Norman has been with Charlie’s Place for eight years and has nine years of experience in the field of chemical dependency. Norman started out as direct care staff and has worked diligently to move up within the company.

Norman is client oriented and holds strong the beliefs of the 12 Steps. His goals in his current position are to:

• be an integral part of Charlie’s Place growth and improvement
• be the best administrator he can be and help staff grow
• be the best counselor he can be and help clients grow
• do everything he does to the best of his abilities
