The staff of Charlie's Place are caring, compassionate individuals who understand what our clients are experiencing.
Many of our staff are in recovery themselves. When recruiting staff members, we look for an attitude of openness and willingness to treat all with dignity
and respect while helping others achieve their personal goals. We believe that recovery is possible and will work to give our clients the tools
that will help them live clean and sober lives.
