Casa de Familias accommodates six women and up to 12 children and is one of only eight facilities in the State of Texas that serves women and their dependent children.

Along with chemical dependency education, counseling and life skills classes, "Casa" provides specialized services for pregnant and parenting women including parenting skills classes, nutrition classes, budgeting and other classes to meet the individual needs of the clients.

Since opening its doors in 1997, this facility has grown into a very special place which serves this important population.
